Wearing a single pattern from head-to-toe will never look attractive on a tall woman. Plaid, stripes, polka dots and flowers - they weren't meant to cover an entire six-foot frame. The worst patterns on the runway included everything from floor-length gowns covered in wide diagonal stripes to the plaid shirt-and-pant combo seen on this page. You want to wear patterns? Great. Choose a pattern that changes shape and size, or stick to a single patterned item, like a plaid scarf or a polka dot blouse.
