After moving from New York from her home of Toronto, designer Yoon Chang attended Parsons in NYC and Paris before being asked by Cynthia Steffe to work in her design department. Whistle & Flute was launched in 2007 and is currently sold at Otte in NYC and Hejfina in Chicago.
