Tall Women Fashion - Golden Globes 2011

Tall woman Mandy Moore chose the right color when she decided to wear a royal blue dress with a mermaid fit, that hugged her torso and hips, flaring at the thigh. Unfortunately the see-through neckline in what appeared to be royal blue tulle and the additional layers of tulle on her skirt took away from the overall look of the dress.
