After 4 1/2 years of dating, Drew split with the Strokes drummer Fabrizio Moretti early in 2007. When she surfaced in February '07 to promote "Music and Lyrics" she appeared in a slew of great designer gowns, most notably this goddess gown from Donna Karan paired with a Stephen Dweck necklace.
