The Sex and the City movie debuted in London, not New York (go figure, it's not like the whole series was about Manhattan or anything...) for the world premier. Fashion's fab four wore everything from couture headpieces (SJP) to vintage (Kristin Davis). And, naturally, there were pricey stilettos.
