Was anyone surprised that Lady Gaga would arrive on the red carpet making a major fashion statement? Nope. But the fact that the far-out, but beautifully artistic, dress was Armani was a shocker. Not sure what the spikes signify (was she trying to remind us how dangerous and sharp she really is?) but they were way cooler than the obligatory evening bag.
