Hit or Miss? Madonna

Madonna chose a cold-shoulder Chanel couture dress for the Cannes red carpet. The black beaded, belted dress faded to a light colored bottom which ended in sequin fringe, just like the sleeves. Was this, as fashion guru Tim Gunn likes to say "A lot of look" or did the Material Girl pull off this off? Vote.
