Jennifer Hudson is not to be blamed for her Oscar fashion disaster. She was in the supposedly good hands of fashion greats Oscar de la Renta and Vogue editor-at-large Andre Leon Talley.

These two men spent so much material trying to disguise her curves (Pleats and pockets? A spaced-out cropped jacket?) that the whole look killed any chances of her making fashion history when she accepted her Best Supporting Actress Oscar.
