Here's how:

-A bright halter would look bold and beachy with a pretty sequined skirt.
-Rocker-chic studded jeans can be balanced with a simple, fitted tee.
-Adorable vintage graphic or concert tees get glam with funky rhinestones or ribbons and worn with super-short shorts.
-Old-school sneaks look fabulous when sprinkled sequins and rhinestone.

Why not glam up some of your basics with these do-it-yourself tips?

-Liven up your pants by cutting off the waistband for a cool frayed effect.
-If they're a bit too short, but not short enough to cut it as floods, snip a couple inches from the bottom, and pair 'em with a simple tank and flip flops.
-Don't forget to add cute patches and darling ribbon, at
the hem.
-To customize your tees, cut off the sleeves or the neckline for a totally different look. -Add rhinestones and sequins, trim it in ribbon, and add a little glitter for a dazzling effect.
