Juxtaposition
 From the waist up, the overall effect is
very youthful: the off-kilter part and the shirtail that hangs down below a shrunken
jacket give the impression of a child who is wearing clothes she's outgrown.From the waist down (the reproductive zone), the pants are slim and womanly-- exactly opposite to the boyishness of the top half of the bottom.
