Q. I am 13 years of age and really have a fashion problem, my b/f is shorter than me so I try not to wear high shoes and I am having alot of dressy events with a black skirt attire that I have to go to what do I wear for shoes??

A. Don't despair! There are lots of options for you. One is a nice flat strappy sandal. Just find one in a dressy leather -- maybe even a light colored metallic and make sure that the straps are really thin (the thinner the straps, the dressier it looks)
Another cool idea are mules with a very small heel. You can find these with all sorts of decoration to dress up the look. Also, you might want to rely on ballerina-type flats, which look better with long full skirts.
