Kate Spade
Q.
Months ago www.katespade.com had a "coming soon" home page, but since then it seems to have disappeared. Do you know if they have plans to launch at all, and if so, when?

A. Kate sold 56% of her company to Neiman Marcus, so I guess the indie web site is a goner. You can now buy her goods online from Neiman's

Vivienne Tam
Q. I would like a Vivienne Tam gown - something very dressy, yet very fashionable.

A. Good choice! If you're in L.A., there's a freestanding Vivienne Tam boutique in West Hollywood - 8603 Sunset Blvd., 310-289-8501 You could probably give them a call and see if they have what you need. You might also need to contact the showroom in NY to find alternative retailers that carry what you're looking for. That number is 212-840-6470.

Mark Wong Nark
Q. I bought a dress that had a tag on the inside that said "Mark Wong Nark." I discovered that this was made by a designer named Tom Mark (I think). I haven't been able to find anything about him or his clothes. I don't even know how much my dress originally cost so who knows if I got ripped off. I was wondering if you knew anything about him or my dress

A. Read more about Mark Wong Nark by designer Tom Mark and check out the store. As for whether you got ripped off on the dress -- hard to say, but if you love it, who cares, right?
