Fashion Week Day 5: Something New, Again and Again and Again...

Wednesday February 6, 2008
betsey johnsonOne thing about Fashion Week: it's predictable in that if one designer shows a look, you'll be sure to see it again elsewhere.
Dusters showed up on Sass & Bide and Erin Fetherston. The color blue was seen lots of places including Jill Stuart and Mara Hoffman.
Metallic brocade coats were at Oscar de la Renta and Jill Stuart. Jumpsuits, minidresses, full skirts, tight-fitting pant/leggings and feathers (pictured, left, at Betsey Johnson) were all over the runways, too.
The good thing about all this repitition? It sure makes trend-spotting a breeze. (Photo Credit: Frazer Harrison/Getty Images)
