What is Fashion Week?

Twice a year, fashion types descend on temporary tents in New York City's Bryant Park to see the styles you'll be offered in stores next season. Right now NY is gearing up for the men's and women's Spring '07 shows, which start Friday. New fashion isn't the only thing you'll spot during Fashion Week: celebrities, like Paris and Nicky Hilton, pictured left with Patricia Field, are a common sight in the tents.
