Designer-Look Bags Under $75

Sure, it would be nice to be able to splurge on every adorable "It" bag that came along, but for those of us on real-world budgets it's unrealistic to think about spending a fortune on a purse. Thankfully, budget bag makers have picked up on some of the hottest trends from the best designers and are making affordable bags that have some of the same details as the high-end looks.
